URLert API operates on a pay-as-you-go model with credits. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a straightforward refund policy for unused credits.

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund of your unused credit balance within 14 days of purchase. Here's how it works:

  • Eligible for refund: Any unused credits remaining in your account balance
  • Not eligible for refund: Credits that have been consumed by API requests
  • Example: If you purchased $50.00 in credits and used $8.00 worth of API calls, you can receive a $42.00 refund

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

  1. Email us at support@urlert.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase
  3. We will process your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

After 14 Days

After the 14-day window, all credits are non-refundable. We encourage you to:

  • Try before you buy: Use your free credit to thoroughly test our APIs
  • Start small: Begin with a $10.00 credit purchase to evaluate if our service meets your needs
  • Review documentation: Visit our API documentation to understand how the service works

Free Starting Credit

The free credit provided upon registration is a promotional offer and is not eligible for refund.

Service Issues

If you experience technical issues, service downtime, or believe you've been incorrectly charged:

  • Contact us immediately at support@urlert.com
  • Our team will investigate your case and work with you to resolve the issue
  • In cases of confirmed service failures, we may provide service credits or refunds at our discretion, even outside the 14-day window

Account Closure

If you close your account within the 14-day refund window, you may request a refund of your unused credit balance. After 14 days, any remaining credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

Payment Disputes

If you notice an unauthorized charge or believe there's been a billing error, contact us immediately at support@urlert.com. We take payment security seriously and will investigate all claims promptly.
